Flawed Prisms are the second lowest tier of prism. They are rarer than Prism Chips, but more common than Flawless Prisms and Rainbow Prisms.

Flawed Prisms are found in the Violet Trial daily quest, but can also be found from low-level raid bosses and rarely in main and free quests.
