Soul Berry generates 1 EP on use. You do not lose any excess EP that would go over your maximum EP; instead, you will temporarily have more EP than your maximum. EP will resume regenerating as normal once your EP drops below your maximum.

Soul Berries can be regularly obtained by running non-Omega Primal Beast raids. They can also be created in the Shop by using various treasures. Lastly, they can be traded for in bulk in the Shop by trading for them with Bronze or Silver Moons.
- Drop from non-Omega Primal Beast raids (normal chest)
- Treasure Trade (Shop) (1 for 4 Flying Sprout, Slimy Shroom, Wheat Stalk, Indigo Fruit, Sand Brick, or Prosperity Flame. Limit 5 per day for each treasure, 50 per month for each treasure)
- Trade Moons (Shop) (30 for 2 Silver Moons, or 5 Bronze Moons)
